Learning Activities
- Making sure everyone is engaged.
- You could make a sticker chart to keep track of who raised their hand and answered a question to encourage them to be involved as well as making sure everyone is participating.
- Taking students opinions and using that to help choose what materials would be best.
Instructional Groups
- Pick appropriate groups that you know will work well together.
- Be affective while choosing groups.
- Have the groups assigned before class and trying not to keep them the same every time but be smart in how they are grouped.
- Creating clear lessons that help the student know what is being taught.
- Lessons allow students to branch off a little bit to learn through their own preferences.
- Progress through ways that are both logical and challenging.
- As the teacher, you could for certain lessons give options of how they think they will learn best.
